Join clinical herbalist Liz Faermark on the full moon for a creative class on herbal smoking blends.

Come learn about the ancient tradition of smoking herbs, and create your own custom smoke blend to take home! We will get acquainted with several herbs that are traditionally used for smoking, and explore the craft of formulating blends for different bodies and desired outcomes.

Whether you’re looking to wind down before bed, or share a moment of joy and uplift with your friends, there’s an herb (or likely a few) for you!

Participants must be at least 21 years old! This class is focused on using gentle, supportive smoking herbs that are NOT habit-forming.
