Join us for this hands-on workshop to learn how to preserve herbs throughout the winter with mineral rich salt.

You will learn different techniques to make herbal salts and ways to incorporate them into recipes, beverages, and more.

Each student will leave with their own salt to enjoy or gift.

Taught by Gem Boehm-Reifenkugel of Community Herbal

Gem is a clinical herbalist and passionate about incorporating herbs into our everyday lives with food and beverage. She loves growing herbs in the garden and preserving them in fun and creative ways to make herbal medicine more accessible.
