These herbs and essences can assist in healing heart wounds and opening us up to ourselves and others. These herbs and essences can be very beneficial when navigating grief and loss.

Join me in this class as we explore heart-centered herbs and Flower Essences that can lend support and healing energy physically, emotionally and energetically.

Each participant will get the chance to make their own flower essence blend.
