The Global Village Museum of Arts and Cultures is excited to announce a new series entitled Global Adventurers. The monthly programs will appeal to those who love to travel, want to recount their travel experiences, delight in sharing stories of travel, or dream of traveling one day. The first program is from 6-8 pm Wednesday, Sept. 20, and will celebrate Oktoberfest with samplings of traditional music, wine, and food. Tickets are $10/person, and registration is required at globalvillagemuseum.org. Participation is the monthly Global Adventurers program is open to Museum members only. The Global Village Museum is located at 200 West Mountain Avenue, and Museum hours are 11 am to 5 pm Tuesday through Saturday.
