Celebrate Colorado peach season with us in the Teaching Kitchen! We’ll be creating a beautiful menu that’s perfect for entertaining outdoors, incorporating juicy Palisade peaches in every course.
What We’re Making:
- Peach Bourbon Smash
- Peach, Pistachio, and Basil Crostini
- Peach and Chipotle Glazed Salmon with Dressed Greens
- Peaches and Cream Tart
Take-Aways:
- Hands-on instruction by a Ginger and Baker Chef Instructor
- Enjoy a meal of the items you cooked at the end of class
- A take-home recipe packet with all the menu items from class
