Ryan Stover will demonstrate how to get in the zone fast, crush your inner critic, and free your subconscious creativity.
As a painter and art educator, Ryan Stover regularly experiences and harnesses the POWER of FLOW STATES: where obstacles dissolve and creativity pours out from our inner artist. In this fun, easy workshop, Ryan will share tricks for finding flow state fast, welcoming and working with resistance of many kinds, and using the power of collaboration to silence the inner critic and engage in your art with more spontaneous joy.
Minimum Age Requirement: 13 Years
