Celebrate farmer’s market season here in the Teaching Kitchen! Learn about locally grown, seasonal produce and how to utilize it in fresh, delicious recipes in this monthly series. This will be the last of the series until next year, don’t miss it!

Sweet Potato and Turnip Fritters with Chive Aioli
Mediterranean Roasted Grape Salad with Salmon
Fig Frangipane Bars
Take-Aways:

Hands-on instruction by a Ginger and Baker chef instructor.
A recipe packet with all the menu items from class.
