Celebrate farmer’s markets season here in the Teaching Kitchen! Learn about locally grown, seasonal produce and how to utilize it in fresh, delicious recipes in this monthly series.
What We’re Cooking:

Pear, Brie, and Thyme Tartlets
Waldorf Salad
Pan-Seared Trout with Celeriac Puree and Lemon Garlic Broccoli Rabe
Raspberry Cheesecake Mousse
Take-Aways:

Hands-on instruction by a Ginger and Baker chef instructor.
A recipe packet with all the menu items from class.
