Celebrate the return of farmer’s markets for the season here in the Teaching Kitchen! Learn about locally grown, seasonal produce and how to utilize it in fresh, delicious recipes in this monthly series.
What We’re Cooking:
Watermelon Gazpacho
Tempura Beet Greens with Creamy Beet Dip
Lemon Zucchini Chicken and Quinoa Salad
Apricot Mascarpone Tart with Honey and Thyme
Take-Aways:
Hands-on instruction by a Ginger and Baker chef instructor.
A recipe packet with all the menu items from class.
Enjoy a meal of the items you cooked at the end of class and takeaway your leftovers.
