Celebrate the return of farmer’s markets for the season here in the Teaching Kitchen! Learn about locally grown, seasonal produce and how to utilize it in fresh, delicious recipes in this monthly series.

What We’re Cooking:

Radish Salad with Hot Bacon Dressing
Asparagus Tarts with Goat Cheese
Spring Pea Gazpacho with Crab Salad
Buttermilk Rhubarb Cake

Take-Aways:

Hands-on instruction by a Ginger and Baker chef instructor.
A recipe packet with all the menu items from class.
Enjoy a meal of the items you cooked at the end of class and takeaway your leftovers.
