Set in rural Ireland in the summer of 1936, the story is a haunting and shimmering memory play told from the perspective of Michael Evans, who looks back at his seven-year-old self.
The narrative follows the five unmarried Mundy sisters as they navigate poverty, family bonds, faith, love, and a rapidly changing world. A vintage radio and the arrival of relatives spark fleeting, unforgettable moments of joy and dance before the family's foundation shifts forever.
