Join us in the Teaching Kitchen for a fun night learning about three traditional Eastern European delicacies — the Polish pierogi, Russian piroshki, and sweet paczki! What could be better than filled dough? Three different kinds of filled dough!
What We’re Cooking:
Potato and Cheese Pierogi
Braised Cabbage and Beef Piroshki
Paczki Filled with Berry Jam
Take-Aways:
Hands-on instruction by a Ginger and Baker Chef Instructor
Enjoy a meal of the items you cooked at the end of class
A take-home recipe packet with all the menu items from class
