Bring a friend, or make new ones here in the Teaching Kitchen as we learn to make one of G&B’s most popular pies! In this class, you’ll learn all the tricks to making the perfect flaky and tender pie crust, three decadent chocolate fillings, and we’ll make some hand-rolled chocolate truffles to enjoy while the pies set! Each guest will get to take home their own pie masterpiece to share (or not!).
There will be a server in the room if you’d like to order dinner and drinks to enjoy while we bake!

Quadruple Coconut Cream Pie
Coconut Pie Crust
Coconut Pastry Cream
Whipped Cream
Chocolate Dipped Coconut Macaroons
Take-Aways:

Hands-on instruction by a Ginger and Baker Chef Instructor
Take home the items you baked at the end of class
A take-home recipe packet with all the menu items from class
