The four authors joining us are Aubrey Kruse, Brittany Cicchese, Lynn Becker, and Holly Rampone. All of these authors will be in store on Saturday, June 20th from 1:00-2:00 PM to chat and sign copies of their books for anyone stopping by. All of their books will be available at the event, and in store afterwards. We can't wait to see you there!
About Aubrey Kruse:
Aubrey Kruse is a children's book author and illustrator who loves bringing stories to life through words and pictures. Her debut book, "Is My Mane Too Fluffy?," was inspired by her mission of helping kids discover their true intrinsic worth.
Aubrey is also a chalk artist and loves transforming sidewalks into fun works of art that spark joy, wonder, and perhaps a bit of nostalgia! She calls Fort Collins home, where she continues to dream up new stories and illustrations that inspire children and adults to see how wonderfully they are made.
About Brittany Cicchese:
Brittany Cicchese is an illustrator, author, and library professional with nearly a decade of experience working in public libraries. Tiny Worlds, her authorial debut, encourages readers to appreciate the little things in life (along with the sensitive souls who lead us to them). Apart from creating, Brittany enjoys connecting people with stories, exploring the Rocky Mountains, and browsing every new picture book at the library. Brittany lives with her family in Colorado. Find her online at brittanycicchese.com or on Instagram as @cicchese.art.
About Lynn Becker:
Lynn Becker has worked in animation for film and TV. When she’s not writing picture books or book reviews, she’s out hiking near her home in Longmont, Colorado. Her debut picture book, MONSTERS IN THE BRINY, illustrated by Scott Brundage (Sleeping Bear Press), is the winner of the 2024 Colorado Authors League Award in the Children’s category. JUNE MOON, illustrated by Nate Carvalho (Familius), came out in May of 2024. GHOST TOWN IN THE MOUNTAINS, illustrated by Roland Garrigue (Sleeping Bear Press), will be published in June of 2026.
About Holly Rampone:
Holly Rampone is a mother, clinician, and entrepreneur who finds her greatest inspiration in the spaces where love and resilience meet. When her daughter arrived eleven weeks early and spent nine weeks in the hospital, Holly witnessed a strength that forever changed her heart. That season of uncertainty and hope called her to the page. Today, she writes stories that celebrate courage, joy, and a deep passion for life. Her daughter, now a vibrant young reader, continues to spark and shape her creative journey.
In her clinical work with cancer patients, Holly is humbled daily by the perseverance and grace she sees in the human spirit. Their stories of bravery and healing echo through her own, infusing each book with compassion and hope. Through her writing, Holly seeks to uplift and empower readers of all ages to embrace their fullest potential. A lifelong learner and adventurer, she treasures exploring the world with her family and discovering new cultures that expand her sense of wonder and gratitude.
