Who doesn’t love a great pizza? Tonight we’ll take pizza creation to another level. Join us in the Ginger and Baker Teaching Kitchen as you learn all the ins and outs of making a delicious pizza. From crispy, chewy crust to learning two fast sauce options, you can’t go wrong with this class. Plus, learn how to create a gorgeous salad to go with your pizza and a delicious lemon posset for dessert!

What We’re Making:

Seasonal Market Salad
Pizza Dough
Classic Tomato Sauce Pizza – topped with mozzarella, parmesan, fresh basil and prosciutto
Creamy Garlic White Sauce Pizza – topped with shredded chicken breast, roasted garlic and feta
Zabaglione (Marsala Wine Custard) with Peaches
Take-Aways:

Hands on instruction by a Ginger and Baker Chef Instructor
Recipe packet full of all the recipes from class to take home
Time to eat and enjoy all the delicious food you’ve cooked at the end of class
