Join us in the Teaching Kitchen for an evening in Mexico as we learn to make authentic carne asada and homemade corn tortillas! Bring a friend or make new ones here in the TK while creating a meal we can all sit down and enjoy together.

What We’re Cooking:

  • Carne Asada with Grilled Green Onions and Jalapeños
  • Charro Beans
  • Homemade Corn Tortillas

Take-Aways:

  • Hands-on instruction by a Ginger and Baker Chef Instructor
  • A recipe packet with all the menu items from class
  • Enjoy a meal of the items you cooked at the end of class
