Join us in The Teaching Kitchen as we learn the art of bread making with G&B’s head bread baker, Amber! In this installment, we’ll be making homemade bagels and soft pretzels. These recipes can easily be adapted in your own kitchen to create so many fun variations that you can enjoy throughout the year. Amber will take you through the whole process from accurate measuring to adapting recipes for altitude and how to ensure the perfect proof and bake.
