Join Clinical Herbalist and artist Brita LaTona for this unique plein air painting class using botanical plant pigments as watercolors. No need to have an art background; this will be a free-form creative experience where you will learn to paint a plant or a landscape that is inspiring us in the region.
We will also briefly discuss the Intuitive Plant Healing approach to communing with plants.
Materials will be provided! Be sure to bring your own outdoor seating, a water bottle, and sunscreen!
You will walk away with your very own hand-painted botanical watercolor painting!
Class will be taught at Lee Martinez Park (Weather permitting). Bring appropriate clothing, water bottle, and sunscreen. Space is limited to 15 participants.
