Join clinical herbalist and ceremonialist Sofia Arana-Miranda for a special class that explores the roots, rituals, and plant traditions of Día de los Muertos.

Together, we’ll trace the deep Indigenous origins of this holiday and how it has emerged through syncretism, surviving centuries of cultural erasure to remain one of the most beloved and spiritually rich celebrations in Mexican tradition.

Through this lens, we’ll get to know a variety of herbs used in ancestral honoring, try different traditional recipes, and explore the art of building an altar at home. You'll leave with practical tools and creative inspiration for bringing this ritual into your own space, using herbs, flowers, food, and more!

What you’ll receive:
– A deeper understanding of the cultural and historical context of Día de los Muertos
– Herbal allies and recipes for ancestral honoring and spiritual support
– Guidance for creating meaningful home altars and ofrendas

All are welcome!!! Whether you celebrate this holiday every year or are just beginning to learn, this class offers a beautiful way to ground in plant medicine and ancestral wisdom.

$35
Space is limited, please pre-register online: https://goldenpoppyherbs.as.me/Botanica-de-los-Muertos
