Join Beatspace Fitness for a PowerBOUNCE rebounding class! This high-energy session uses mini
trampolines for a fun, low-impact cardio and strength workout. A 45-minute class, PowerBOUNCE will
improve your balance, coordination, and endurance on the trampoline, while building lean muscle and
boosting strength with targeted resistance & dumbbell exercises. Set to a dynamic playlist, this class will
keep you moving, sweating, and toning from head to toe.
