Getting back to school is simultaneously exciting, disruptive, expansive and overwhelming. This class is crafted for parents and caregivers who want to confidently incorporate herbs into their kids’ health toolbox for the school year. Come learn about safe, yummy herbs that can: bolster kids’ nutrition and provide them with more energy and stamina, ease stress and anxiety, improve focus and attention, and support restful sleep. All participants will take home an easy-to-follow guide with tasty recipes to make at home with your kids.

Taught by Clinical Herbalist Liz Faermark of @TalkWildHerbs

Liz Faermark is a certified clinical herbalist and nutritionist with over ten years of experience in the world of herbalism. Her love for plants was nurtured during her years of work as a flower farmer in the Midwest. She graduated from Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism in early 2020 with a well rounded training in both the art of herbalism and the practice of providing clinical care. Now she is an herbal educator teaching budding herbalists how to hone their craft. Empowering other people to confidently care for themselves using food and plants helps Liz feel more hopeful about our individual and collective futures on Earth.
