Details
For three decades, the Art in Public Places (APP) program has been enriching our community by placing art where everyone can experience, interact, and enjoy it—completely free. This milestone event will bring together community members, past and present APP Board members, and the many artists and visionaries who have shaped the program’s vibrant history. It’s a moment to honor the creativity, collaboration, and impact that have made APP a cornerstone of our community.
Where: Center for Creativity, 200 Mathews Street
When: November 8, 2025, 6:00-8:30 p.m.
The event will include a social hour/reception with a short presentation. APP will host a special art project and highlight some of the local artists who have participated in APP through five-minute Lightning Talks. Denver Projection Mapping will create a special projection artwork that will bring the front of the Historic Carnegie Library to life for this very special evening.
