Join us for an enlightening and heart-centered class designed to transform your perspective on children’s fevers. With gentle guidance from Sarah Templer, we’ll explore how to understand and embrace fever as a natural and healing process.
What is a fever? What role does it play in the body’s wisdom? How does fever manifest in children, and when should we be concerned?
This class will empower parents and caregivers to approach fevers with confidence, clarity, and calm. You’ll learn about the physiology behind fever, common symptoms that accompany it, and how to nurture your child’s body back to balance through nourishing foods and healing herbs. We’ll also explore safe, effective herbal dosing for children, what to avoid during a febrile illness, and much more.
Shift your mindset and learn to see your child’s fever not as a threat, but as a valuable ally in their healing journey.

About Sarah Templer
I am a Certified Clinical Herbalist of the Vitalist school of thought. My particular calling and desire within my field is to reach out to parents, children, and young families to steward their journeys toward more intentional, holistic, and traditional health practices. In herbalism school, I wrote my thesis paper on Vitalist Herbalism for Children's Health; after I graduated, I began working as a Waldorf preschool teacher with a particular focus on the toddler age group. Through my experience in the toddler and early childhood classrooms, I was able to witness so many of the developmental milestones, emotional challenges, and common health issues that present during these unique and precious years. I got to know many parents and families with a hunger for education and knowledge on what practices and remedies they could incorporate at home to bolster their children's health and overall wellness. I began designing a series of classes to address that community need, and I'm honored to be able to present those now.
