Grab a date, bring a friend or make new friends here in the Teaching Kitchen! This fun class explores the exotic spices and cooking techniques of Morocco. Come on in and learn something new!

What We’re Cooking:

Heirloom Tomato Fattoush Salad with Za’atar
Chicken Thighs with Apricots and Green Olives
Golden Raisin & Pine Nut Couscous
Semolina Orange Cake with Orange Zest Whipped Cream
Take-Aways:

Hands-on instruction by a Ginger and Baker Chef Instructor
A recipe packet with all the menu items from class
Enjoy a meal of the items you cooked at the end of class
