The Silver Grill Cafe

Northern Colorado’s oldest restaurant – serving home-style food just the way you remember

Description

A Fort Collins tradition since 1933, the Silver Grill Café in Old Town remains today a popular destination for home-style meals and the colossal cinnamon rolls owner John Arnolfo added to the menu in 1986 (10,000 baked each month!). Original brick walls and time-loved hardwood floors set the scene for diners to enjoy classic comfort cooking and seasonal chef-created specialties.

Once just a 40-seat diner, the popular Silver Grill Café has expanded four times to become the iconic Old Town landmark it is today. An all-season dining patio gives visitors an outdoor vantage point to further enjoy downtown’s nostalgic ambiance and architecture.

Special touches -- such as fresh-squeezed orange juice, house-made cocktails and espresso drinks and successful partnerships with other local businesses -- add to the Silver Grill’s charm and make it a regular destination for locals and out-of-towners alike. Every day between 6:30 a.m. and 2 p.m., the Silver Grill Café serves the same home-spun hospitality that has made the restaurant a success for 80 years.
