Parking

Parking in Downtown Fort Collins is easy and convenient.

Choose from a variety of parking options, including three (3) centralized parking structures, five (5) surface lots, and a variety of on-street spaces.

Parking Structure Instructions: You must pre-pay by the hour for the time you expect to be parked in the structure. You may pay via one of the stationary pay stations in each garage or via the ParkMobile app. You must enter your license plate number which will serve as verification of your payment. See details on the City of Fort Collins Parking Services page for complete details.

First Hour FREE Details: The first hour is FREE in all three parking structures, but you must still utilize the stationary pay stations or ParkMobile app to start a session.

Monthly Parking Permits: Visit the City of Fort Collins Parking Services Permits page for monthly permit information including pricing and how to purchase a permit.

On-Street Parking: Generally, on-street parking in the core of downtown is free with strict 2-hour time limits.
