That’s because our menu is exclusively made up of locally sourced, “never-ever” chicken – meaning it’s antibiotic free and never frozen! You also get delicious food, served quick! We put the bird in the spotlight with grilled or house-breaded tenders, hand-cut fries, lots of made-from-scratch sauces, salads and house made churros. In addition to a few tap beers and Boylan’s fountain soda, we also brew house-made Nitro coffee, tea and keg cocktails.
Lunch, dinner, and all those “refresh and recharge” breaks in between, our 8(ish) minute meals put the bird in the spotlight with grilled or house-breaded tenders, hand-cut fries and lots of made-from-scratch sauces. (A Bahn Mi sandwich with crispy tenders, sriracha aioli on a riddled bolillo roll? Yes, please!)
