Ellen Cantor’s Solo Exhibition: Prior Pleasures


Please join us in viewing Ellen Cantor’s Solo Exhibition: Prior Pleasures. Ellen Cantor’s work appeals to art and literature lovers alike as her work “recalls and celebrates the joy of losing oneself within the pages of a favorite childhood tale.” This series was created using multiple exposures of Cantor’s favorite books such as Alice in Wonderland, Little Women, and Huckleberry Finn. Cantor states about her work; “in and age of e-readers, Prior Pleasures is meant to remind us that books can excite and enrich our lives.” This exhibition will charm viewer’s and ignite (or reignite) a love of books and photography. As always, the Center for Fine Art Photography offers free admission. Ellen Cantor’s Exhibition will be in the Gould Gallery from August 4th through September 23rd.
