Join Old Firehouse Books this April as they host author and Colorado native Randi Samuelson-Brown. She will be in our store on Thursday, April 26 th at 6:00pm to discuss her new novel The Beaten Territory, a historical fiction novel set in Denver, circa 1890.
Randi’s book follows the lives of Annie Ryan, who runs a second-rate brothel, and Lydia Chambers, a society woman suffering from a laudanum habit and a bad marriage. It is a rollicking tale of blurred lines, flowing booze, and delivers a compelling look at the intrigues of the Wild West. We hope you’ll join us for this free event!
