Acide – Lactobacillus lends an approachable level of puckering sourness with a pleasant acidity, and tart refreshing finish. This beer pours straw-colored with lemony and floral aromas from a good dose of Amarillo hops. 10 IBUs & 4.5%

The Details Barrel Aged - The aroma contains hints of pear and white pepper with a soft malt character. The flavor holds similar complexity, masking the potent alcoholic strength. The yeast expression is strong and complex, becoming more apparent as the beer warms. IBU: 24 ABV: 10%

Really Far Away:  Not just a bigger version of our Far Away, a very bitter backbone balances the perceived fruits and the gratuitous hopping, as well as the obvious, but not overwhelming alcohol heat that is created by a warm but simple fermentation schedule. IBU: 100 ABV: 8.7%

Salted Caramel Scotch Ale: An extremely long boil time combined with a sea salt addition and unreasonable amounts of a variety of caramel malts create the distinct impression of liquid salted caramel. A heavy body and a sweet presence backed by a pleasant alcohol warmth.  IBU: 20 ABV: 9.2%
