Locust Cider

Locust Cider is a hard cider taproom located just off College Avenue on Walnut Street in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins. We offer 16 taps (all Locust Cider) made up of flavors that include core favorites (Original Dry, Dark Cherry, Honey Pear, Vanilla Bean), popular returning seasonals (Peach Ginger, Watermelon) and limited small batch specials (single varietal heirloom blends, fun flavor combinations like Blackberry Sage and Winter Warmer). In addition to cider, we offer an inventive food menu created exclusively for us by our neighbors The Welsh Rabbit that complements our cider flavors. The menu includes small shareables such as a variety of cheese plates, salads incorporating our cider (smoked squash salad with Dark Cherry dressing) as well as hot plates like venison street tacos and roasted potatoes with raclette, all to be enjoyed inside our taproom or on our large outdoor patio. On Saturday and Sunday, we serve several brunch items all day. There is also a kid’s corner for the wee ones and retro video games for all ages. We currently offer takeout and order online for pickup in our taproom.
