Repair Cafe at Old Town Library: Toss it? No Way!

Instead of throwing your broken items into the landfill, bring them with you to this drop-in event. From 1 to 4pm we’ll have skilled repair experts on hand to help troubleshoot and repair household items free of charge. Tools and materials will also be on hand.

Celebrate Earth Day with Old Town Library's very first Repair Café! 

What do you do with a broken toaster, a bike with a crooked wheel, or a moth-eaten sweater? Toss it? No way! Instead of throwing your broken items into the landfill, bring them with you to this drop-in event. From 1 to 4pm we’ll have skilled repair experts on hand to help troubleshoot and repair household items free of charge. Tools and materials will also be on hand.

Toasters, lamps, hair dryers, clothes, bikes, toys, crockery... anything that is broken is welcome. 

First come, first served. To allow us to accommodate the most people, limit one item per person please.
