Fire cider is a traditional herbal preparation made to keep you warm and boost your immune system during the colder fall and winter months.
This class will be a hands-on exploration of this old-tyme remedy where you will learn about many of the different herbs you can include in a fire cider, and why you may want to use them on a regular basis during cold and flu season.
You will leave with your own jar of custom created fire cider to take home and use.
